How Metal Pressing Works
Metal Pressing is the process of forming sheets of metal into specific two or three-dimensional shapes. The process starts with a sheet or roll of metal being inserted into a metal press. The metal press will then cut the metal to the appropriate dimensions and size. After it is cut, the press will manipulate the metal’s shape based on your specifications.
A tremendously high-amount of pressure is applied by metal pressing machines. Depending on the specifications, extremely high pressure is applied to the metal to bend or stretch it to form its final shape. The metal presses are designed to quickly produce the same product repeatedly.
